Report and Monitoring Interactive Solution with 360° People

"The 360° People programme is designed to help young people in the 14 to 19 age group to become self-confident individuals and responsible citizens."

i-education were brought in by 360° People to build a system which would empower young people to get a better understanding of their own characteristics. Through this understanding they would then be able to develop their areas of weakness and build on strengths, to help them become more rounded people.

The site makes use of interactive web technologies to allow students to rate themselves, and upload evidence to support this rating. They can then invite peers, employers, universities and parents/carers to ratify this rating, incorporating a Web 2.0 collaborative approach. Once an overall picture of the student has been created, a variety of action planning tools will allow them to formulate their path of progression.
